Kathryn Bouchard is a researcher and policy analyst with a background in European Union policy-making focused on international security and humanitarian policy. She serves a number of clients as a research analyst, consultant, and writer. Based in Madrid, Kathryn works with clients all over the world.
As a Project Associate in the
Transport Area of the Florence School of Regulation (European University Institute) from November 2016, Kathryn assisted the FSR Transport team with its publications. She edited and proofread the
Competition and Regulation in Network Industries SAGE Journal, as well as
Network Industries Quarterly.
Kathryn provides editorial, writing, translation and interpretation services. A native English speaker, she is fluent in Spanish and Italian.
Kathryn holds her MA in European Union Policy Studies and BA in International Affairs and Spanish from James Madison University.
